What’s Included
Every in-store consultation is a one-hour, one-on-one session with either Costas (the owner of Resolve Photo), or Philip (our genius retoucher) fully dedicated to your project. Think of it as stepping into the studio as a collaborator, not just a client.
Framing consults are with Alexis, our amazing framer.
During your in-store appointment, we can:
- Review your images together on a colour-calibrated monitor
- Explore archival papers and finishes under controlled lighting
- Discuss image details, colour fidelity, and presentation goals with expert guidance
- Look at retouching or editing options where needed
- Curate selections for print (including portfolio review, if relevant)
- Walk through our production process so you understand exactly how your art will be translated to print
This is dedicated time. No distractions and no rush, designed to make sure your final print matches your vision with museum-grade precision.
Cost
One-hour consultation: $150
- If your order exceeds $1000, $75 will be credited to your project.
The consultation is never an extra. It’s either an investment in knowledge, or it folds directly into your project.
Booking & Policies
All consultations are by appointment only, so that the time is reserved exclusively for you.
- Book online at your convenience.
- Cancellations with 24+ hours notice receive full credit toward a future consult.
- Cancellations with fewer than 24 hours notice are not eligible for credit.
(Workshops have a 72-hour cancellation policy.)
