Package up your film safely for mail (film packing suggestions here).
Include a self address & stamped envelope for us to repack and return your film.

Limit of Liability
We handle your film, negatives, artwork, and digital media with the utmost care. However, due to the delicate nature of film processing and scanning, submitting your materials to Resolve Photographic Services Inc. constitutes an agreement to the following terms:
Limitation of Liability: If your media is lost, damaged, or destroyed by us—even through negligence or equipment failure—our liability is strictly limited to replacing it with an equivalent amount of unexposed film or raw media.
No Consequential Damages: Resolve Photographic Services Inc. is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including loss of income, artistic value, or sentimental value.
Shipping & Transit: We are not responsible for materials that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit by any shipping or courier service.
