Flat Mount on 4 Ply Mat Board
Flat mounting (sometimes referred to as float mounting) your print on 4 ply mat board is a classic dry mounting technique. Your image is centred (or otherwise placed) on a 4 ply mat board. The mat board is then part of the presentation for your print. You’ll be able to see the entire image, and the Rising Museum mat board is a beautiful border for your print.
This technique is also great for when the important content of the images goes to the outermost edges of the print. We can mount your print to White, Warm White, Polar White, and Black mat boards.
